As I said before:
I live in a sort of "civilization" where only the
comedians may hope to speak the truth, be heard, and get away with
it.
I earlier gave some explanations of the difficulty, and here are links to
a few more videos, that should function - probably only for the most
intelligent, to be sure, I am very sorry to say - as a course in
Political Philosophy 101.

Shooting - Right Wing Media & Politicians To Blame?
Because I do like people to read rather than watch TV, I start with
quoting part of a written piece by George Monbiot, from yesterday's
Guardian:
1. "Beware Fake Radicals"
There was a time when conservatives tried to assure people of
continuity. The social order would remain intact. Revolution and
reform would be suppressed, disruptive change averted. As political
consciousness spread, this message became untenable. They
repositioned themselves, first as cautious reformers, then, under
Margaret Thatcher, as Jacobins, tearing down the old establishment
to release people’s stifled aspirations.
They attacked the professions. They attacked state monopolies and
the state itself – or so they claimed. While Thatcher insisted that
she was the champion of the entrepreneur, the pocket shareholder,
the little man, her policies greatly enriched big business and the
rentier class. She claimed she was getting the state off people’s
backs, but introduced oppressive laws that curtailed our freedom.
She deregulated business and re-regulated citizens. Now Cameron’s
government and its supporters are attempting the same trick:
defending the elite by attacking it.
Quite so, and these were the opening paragraphs: The rest is instructive
too. I should add, though, that I probably don't agree with Monbiot on
environmental issues, as the main problems as I see them are in men's
minds and morality, but then Monbiot does have a personal point of view
and the courage to stand up for it, and he is a smart man, which are
three good reasons to be interested in him.
If you think he is radical, you should think again - and now follow links
to 4 videos all very much worth seeing and hearing, of which I probably
linked some before, and which may help you think.
As before, the links are in the titles, and the titles are as used on
Youtube, for the rest are all links to videos (or indeed to my prose in
Nederlog at some time):

Bill
Maher Psychologically Analyzes President Bush
This is clever, well presented, and mostly correct, also in terms of
psychology or psychiatry - which I should add, as a psychologist, because
Maher analyzes Bush Jr. as a paranoid schizophrenic.
Also, Maher is correct on why people get killed: Not so much because
there are guns, but because there are madmen. And no, unlike all
sound-thinking Dutch leaders of opinion, journalist and politicians, I am
in favour of civilians rights to buy guns, simply because as Mencken said
The only good bureaucrat is one with a pistol at his head. Put it
in his hand and it's good-bye to the Bill of Rights.
Besides, the persons who want to be and who become "democratic
politicians" and "civil servants" these days, at least in the country
where I live, are for the most part those not capable of making it in
science or art if politician: Too dumb, too talentless, too morally
corrupt, and for the most part those not capable of making it in an
ordinary job if bureaucrats: Too dumb, talentless, corrupt, lazy and
dishonest for being useful to commercial enterprises.
Next, I should remark that the symptomatology Maher mentions, and
attributes to Bush Jr., is correct, though one should add in fairness to
Bush Jr. that paranoid schizophrenia can be had in considerably worse
ways than he may have had it (and brazen indifference to the suffering of
others, having the dad he has are also part of the explanation, and being
a nitwit - "as stupid as the hind part of a sow", as the Dutch has it,
also enter into the explanation: One must be fair and balanced when
judging character).
Also, having mentioned in me + ME: Causal explanation: It's
malevolence, stupid! that there are quite a few
things I can not say or write in Holland, about Dutch politicians,
and quite possibly about American ones as well, without getting serious
problems if I say them as I could say them on American public TV:
No, the present video and the other ones linked in this
Nederlog are probably not possible in the supposedly free, open
and tolerant Netherlands, at least not without persecution by judges who
studied with those one criticizes, if I were to say the same about e.g.
former Dutch PM Balkenende, and certainly not without either being
totally neglected or being the center of a lot of hullabaloo about how
one should address or describe such noble political dealers in illegal
dangerous drugs as have had the power in Amsterdam and the Narco-Nazistic
Netherlands (*) since 1970, or 1984 at the latest.
3.
George Carlin Philosophy (Part 1): The End of America and Social
Stratification
This is the first part of two, and is put together by someone from
several clips of Carlin (who died in 2008). There is more on and by
him here
and again his style of honest outspokenness is impossible in
Holland, without one gettting grave problems. (Dutchies who think
other wise are taken in by the fake radicalism of their makers of
cabaret, at least of those who get in the media.)
4.
George Carlin Philosophy (Part 2): Religion and Consumerism
More Carlin - and I should like to note, in case you missed it, both Bill
Maher and Jon Stewart much admired him and were inspired by him.
Again, what is in this video - made by a fan, whence the comments at
places - is probably not possible in
the Narco-Nazistic Netherlands (*). Besides, nearly all
Dutchmen are truly rotten conversationalists, and those who aren't tend
to be either secondhand car salesmen or have sold themselves to do public
relations for a politician, city or minister.

Giffords
Shooting - Right Wing Media & Politicians To Blame?
This is TYT's Cenk Uygur's take on the causes of the shooting of
Gabrielle Giffords in Tucson some days ago, and it fits with most of the
above and with "Beware Fake Radicals"
(see above). He seems to me to be analyzing it rightly.
Now... it may be that you think that all or most or part of the above is
all political radicalism, mere comedy, over the top commentary, or what
not. Well... train your mind with the books I mention in my
Have fun - for most of the linked videos are quite funny, besides
instructive to nearly everyone, indeed regardless of your own
convictions, as being funny with seems to be the price to be paid for the
right to speak the truth on US TV.
And it is still possible in the US, but not anymore in
the Narco-Nazistic Netherlands: A week ago a few teenagers
were arrested and convicted by a judge to a large fine, only because they
wore t-shirts with this text (health warning for tender souls....):
1312
Yes, indeed. It is frightfully offensive, isn't it?
Hardly human, wouldn't you agree? Is it perhaps code, calling for a jihad
and the killing of all Dutch ministers and mayors? Or does it deny
perhaps the
Holocaust while calling for gassing Jews, Turks, Maroccans, or indeed is
it a code for demands
that "camps" be surrected, for "locking up" people, namely "prior to transport",
as Leading Politician Geert Wilders of Holland would much like to see
happen to a mere 26 million Europeans
who happen to come form Turkey or Marocco, or to have had parents born there,
like the Dutch politician Wilders wants to see happen?
(**)
No, much more inhuman: It abbreviates the letters "a",
"c", "a", "b", which in turn abbreviates
"All cops are bastards"
This you can not have on a t-shirt anymore in
the Narco-Nazistic Netherlands, as of 2011, not even as
"1312" and while you are a teenager:
The Dutch police, that has been protecting the Narco-Nazis
since decades (since 1970, to be precise), gets offended by
it, and the Dutch judges, who have been totally silent since all these
decades about the "toleration" of dealing in
illegal drugs (***) - is the o so non-manipulative Dutch phrase:
The Amsterdam mayors "tolerate" dealing in drugs; Geert Wilders
"tolerates" the present government as long as they implement his lunacies
- do not tolerate that policemen are addressed from a t-shirt of a
teenager with "1312".
Dutch "Norms And Values"!

Notes
(*) I have been gassed for protesting drugsdealing from the house where I
lived, and have been protesting since 22 years that
this completely
ruined what little health I had left at that point.
Well... I might as
well have been dead, and if it was up to the mayors and aldermen of
Amsterdam I would have been dead, to their rapturous applaus,
since 22 years:
Why my family was in The Dutch
Resistance in WW II
That must have been to allow the human degenerates of the Labour
Party to have me gassed for the benefit of their drugscorrupt degenerate
bureaucrats, and the Amsterdam driugs mafia, and thrown me from the
municipal university for having the cheek to insist truth exists and
morals are not totally relative and arbitrary.
O yes, before I forget: The Amsterdam Municipal Police, whose fine
officers arrested my grandfather, and delivered him to the SS, whose fine
officers arrested my father, and delivered him to the SS, and whose fine
officers let me be gassed and threatened with murder from September 1988
- February 1992 also told me repeatedly I "could fuck off", as far as
they were concerned because.... and I quote:
"All Amsterdammers are bastards. Therefore we only will do something if
the dead bodies are lying on the floor. |
Goodbye, sir."
Sadistic bastards.

(***) No, drugs like marihuana and
LSD and cocaine are NOT legalized in
Holland! And they are are NOT legalized in
Holland, since 40 years, because
that is much more PROFITABLE: 20-50 BILLION
dollars turnover EACH year. Times 40 or so. "It's the economy, stupid!"
It's as simple as that - and see my
Incidentally, the opinion of the makers of that propaganda shit for
Amsterdam - "Big Shots", these heroes called themselves - were of
the opinion that
"Well, what happened to you is your problem".
Dutchies....
